dosage , method and duration of use :

• for oral use , with plenty liquid (at least a glass of water ) before ot after meals
•  Adults and children over 12 years 1- 2 tablets up to 3 times daily to achieve a mild laxative effect . if a stronger laxative effect is desired . the evening dose can be increased to 3-4 tablets
• the application should be carried out only when it is needed and not on a regular basis
• long_term use like 1-2 weeks requires medical supervision
